Asuka is seen through the bathroom door putting a Towel on and then exiting the bathroom in Misato Katsuragi's apartment after having an Off Screen Bath.
Episode 10Edit
She bathes in a Hot Spring with Misato Katsuragi.
Episode 12Edit
Asuka has a quick Shower Off Screen then peeks out of the door during a conversation drying her hair off with a red towel.
Episode 13Edit
Asuka along with Shinji Ikari and Rei Ayanami had to go through some routine decontamination cleaning cycle multiple times Off Screen during some test.

She has an Off Screen bathing scene and is seen drying her hair with a red towel.

Asuka's silhouette is seen through the bathroom door getting ready to take an Off Screen Bath. As the screen switches to Misato Katsuragi and Shinji Ikari in the living room, Asuka can be heard screaming and runs out of the bathroom in a red Towel and complains to Shinji saying that he made her bath was too hot.

She is shown standing naked draining bath water saying she doesn't want to bathe in the same bathwater Shinji and Misato bathed in.

She attempts to commit Suicide in a rusty old Clawfoot Bathtub that is in a destroyed house. As she lays in the Blood Bath, her clothes are seen neatly folded and a NERV agent walks in finding her and interrupts her suicide by bringing her back to the headquarters. Due to her mental state at the time, she apparently didn't care about being seen naked by the agent as she showed no reaction.
