Many films with the character in them involve Blood Bath scenes.

Immoral Tales (1974)

Paloma Picasso portrays Bathory here. Original French title of film is "Contes immoraux"

Night of the Werewolf (1981)

Julia Saly plays the Countess here.

Night Fangs (2005)

Marina Muzychenko portrays her in this film by Ricardo Islas.

Stay Alive (2006)

Maria Kalinina portrays her.

Hellboy: Blood and Iron (March 2007)

The comic Hellboy: Wake the Devil also references the original legend about Elizabeth Bathory. The blood baths are only mentioned, not shown, but the iron maiden that was used to obtain the blood plays a pivotal role in the plot.

Hostel: Part II (June 2007)

Monika Malacova potrays her in this. She enters the room, strips off her robe, and lies naked beneath "Lorna" (Heather Matarazzo). She then uses a long scythe to repeatedly slash the screaming Lorna's back and torso, and revels in bathing in Lorna's blood, before fatally slashing Lorna's throat with a sickle.

Báthory: Countess of Blood (2008)

Anna Friel portrays her here and takes a Blood Bath.

1999 Vampire Hunter D game

The vampire Carmilla from the second Vampire Hunter D "Bloodlust" (who also takes blood baths) also resembles her. Although based on a novel that predates Bram Stoker's Dracula, that novel itself arguably bases Carmilla on legends of Elizabeth Bathory. Furthermore, in the video game adaptation of this film, Carmilla states her full name as "Elizabeth Bartley Carmilla", indicating a merger of these concepts.

2008 Ninja Gaiden II game

"Elizébet" (titled Ruler of Crimson Blood and Queen of the Greater Fiends) in one scene in the game, is seen bathing nude in a pool of blood and her demonic power seems to be that of using blood to attack her foes.

Diablo II

Although not literally seen bathing, in the "Tower Cellar" of the "Forgotten Tower" the "Countess" asks the character "care for a blood bath?"

The "Moldy Tome" you find in the fourth quest of act 1 says "...And so it came to pass that the Countess, who once bathed in the rejuvenating blood of a hundred virgins, was buried alive..."

Evil Baby Orphanage

One of the cards in this game:

Cruelty and the Beast

This album by the band Cradle of Filth depicts her bathing in blood on various covers.
